minutes from the A3 and Junctions 10 and 11 of the M25. It is also close to fast rail links to London Waterloo
from West Byfleet or Woking stations. Heathrow airport is approximately a 30 minute drive away and Gatwick 45 minutes.
Despite proximity to excellent road, rail and air links, Evancourt is situated in a quiet tree-lined residential area in leafy
Surrey. The property is fully double glazed and offers a peaceful and quiet stay. The rear of the property backs
on to the historic Basingstoke Canal which offers pleasant walks and cycle rides along the towpath.
The
apartment is an excellent base for visiting the attractions of Surrey and Berkshire in South East England and makes a great
value alternative to hotels in the Weybridge, Cobham, Chertsey, Woking area.
Brooklands Motor Museum, Merceds-Benz
World, and Painshill Park are on the doorstep; the RHS Wisley Gardens, Hampton Court, Windsor Castle and Lego Land, Chessington
World of Adventures, Thorpe Park, Ascot, Sandown, Kempton Park and Epsom racecourses, are all within a short drive. Weybridge,
Woking, Cobham, Bisley, Wimbledon, Sandhurst, Crowthorne, Esher, Chertsey, Ripley, Send, Walton-on-Thames, Kingston-on-Thames
and Guildford are all easily reached by car. Wimbledon and London are also easy to reach by train.

Evancourt Apartment is a comfortable, well-equipped, two-bedroomed property
in West Byfleet, Surrey, available as self catering or serviced short-stay accommodation for lets of between two nights to
four weeks. It is also available on a bed and breakfast basis, if required, with breakfast delivered to your apartment fridge
ready for you to cook and eat when it suits you. Although there is a small additional charge for breakfast this option makes
the apartment a great value alternative to a hotel. (Note, the apartment is only let to one
party at a time so no facilities are shared with other visitors.) The property, which sleeps up to four people in two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and
one with twin beds that can be made up as a queen-size double if preferred), is self-contained, with its own front door,
own front and rear courtyard gardens, and has off-road parking for two cars. Complete privacy can be assured for the
duration of your stay or there is a serviced option if preferred. Serviced accommodation with character A charming, large open plan living area is furnished to give the feel of
a 'home from home' rather than a typical, soul-less, corporate let. There isn't a brown leather sofa in sight!
Instead you'll find comfy furnishings, squishy cushions, an extensive library of books, videos and DVDs, games for families,
and several other amenities should you want to try them such as table tennis, a breadmaker and even an ice-cream maker.
We have a Baby Dan travel cot and high chair on site for babies/children
up to age 3 and babysitting is available on request. Clearly Evancourt welcomes families but this is not to say the apartment doesn't provide everything a sophisticated
hardworking executive would need - a luxurious double bed with memory-foam mattress, egyptian cotton high-thread
count linen, fluffy towels, black-out blinds and double glazing, to ensure sleep at any time for jet-lagged arrivees, air-conditioning
and central heating, additional bedroom, power shower, Wi-Fi broadband, flatscreen TV and DVD player, radios, CD-player,and
an i-pod dock. Should you need a document or boarding
card printed, your hosts will be only too happy to oblige. We can even arrange pick-up and drop off at Heathrow and
Gatwick airports if required.
The
apartment has interior and exterior dining furniture for four, and a well-equipped kitchen that includes all you should
need and then some, down to cake-baking paraphernalia and a granite pestle and mortar.The kitchen has a 4-ring ceramic hob,
fridge, small freezer, electric oven, grill, microwave, full-size dishwasher and large washer-dryer. Plenty of pots, pans,
crockery, cutlery and utensils are supplied. Shops and restaurants The apartment
is in an area well served by local shops and restaurants. A Waitrose supermarket and24-hour Tesco are less than a mile away;
a large Marks and Spencer and Tesco superstores are just over a mile away. West Byfleet village has Italian, French,
Chinese, Thai, Indian, Japanese and Vietnames restaurants as well as a renowned British Fish and Chip restaurant. There are
also fast food outlets and take-aways and a Costa Coffee lounge with pavement cafe. Weybridge, Chobham, Cobham and Ripley
which are close by have many other fine restaurnats (see Local Attractions tab at top of page for details.

(equivalent to £80 per night) for apartment including use of one/main bedroom only by up to 2 people (£90 per
night for 3+ nights booked, £100 per night for 2 nights). Minimum stay of 2 nights or £200 payment required. NOTE
the couples/singles rate is not available at peak holiday times or from mid May to early September

night when 3+ nights are booked, £120 per night when 2 nights are booked). Minimum stay of 2 nights or £240 payment
required. • No charge for use of travel cot and cot linen • £20 one-off charge for use of single
Futon in parents' room to accommodate a third child when both bedrooms are booked. • Dates between 23 December
